We are proud to announce that we have recently begun sourcing from three new, local family businesses. These farms comprise a step in our efforts to provide more locally grown food and meet our commitment to purchase 20% real food by 2020. Atlas Farm - South Deerfield, MAAtlas Farm is an 85-acre diversified, organic vegetable farm in its thirteenth year of operation. Their farm is “dedicated to producing food in a way that will maintain biological diversity, support natural ecosystems, and keep the land productive for future generations.” http://www.atlasfarm.com Queen’s Greens - Amherst, MAQueen's Greens is owned and operated by Matt Biskup and Danya Teitelbaum.
