There's no denying it - the planet is getting hotter. Anywhere from 20-25% of green house gas emissions are contributed from our food systems, and while eating local is part of the solution, we also need to go further and rethink what we eat and how it's grown.

This meal offers a way towards a carbon-sequestering diet. Based on the work of
Project Drawdown, this event features farming methods and foods that can significantly shrink your carbon footprint while creating resilient economies.

Join us at Hampshire for a meal of regenerative foods and contributions from local farms practicing alternative farming methods.
Thursday October 27th
Hampshire Dining Common
5:00 PM - 8 PM
Featuring a special panel discussion:

Growing for Change:
Regional farmers & advocates discuss climate-cooling agriculture

 Hampshire Room, Hampshire Dining Common
6 PM - 7 PM

Join us for a
panel discussion about the growing movement for carbon farming, agroforestry and healthy soil policy in our region. The panel features local regenerative farmers, activists, and educators who are working on creating agricultural systems that can reverse climate change.
