O-Fish-Shell Massachusetts Cook Off
About Our Project (2020)
In 2022 UMass Dining teamed up with the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries Seafood Marketing Grant Program and Our Wicked Fish to participate in the O-Fish-Shell Massachusetts Cook Off. Over the course of 4 weeks Massachusetts residents could prepare a themed seafood dish and post to Instagram for the chance to win prizes that support local businesses and the Massachusetts seafood industry. The Cook Off was accompanied by a Local Seafood Dinner and Virtual Gathering hosted by UMass Dining that included a special menu at Worcester Dining Commons and a panel discussion from industry experts.
