Sustainability is a Core Value
The work of sustainability is all about emphasizing interconnectedness and building toward a hopeful, joyful, and regenerative future.
Our goal is to identify and successfully implement strategies that mitigate carbon impact, preserve resources for future generations and build a carbon literate workforce.
We integrate sustainability into the policies, practices, and everyday decision making across all units of Dining. We also engage students, faculty, staff, and the larger regional community to collaborate, innovate, implement, and evaluate climate action strategies.
